A woman in Luton has been fined £75 by her local council for throwing a crisp out of her car window.

She was spotted by Luton Borough Council throwing a Cheesy Wotsit onto the road which council officials thought was a cigarette butt.

When the council realised that it was not a cigarette but rather a crisp they still fined her saying it's policy to issue fines for any form of litter.
