Install Procedure
=====================================
Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
-------------------------------------
1. Open the archive.
2. Run Setup.exe.
3. Use the Identd Server Administration icon located on
the Control Panel to configure the server.
Uninstall Procedure
======================================
Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Open Add/Remove Programs.
3. Select Ident Server v1.16.
4. Click Remove.
Testing the Service
======================================
Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
--------------------------------------
1. Go to Run on the Start Menu.
2. Type "telnet localhost 113" in the box and press Enter.
3. Type "23, 23" at the telnet cursor and press Enter.
4. The service should respond with a response similar to:
"23, 23 : USERID : UNIX : Default"
*Note - For help with this test please refer to the help file
for it has the ablity to automate most of the above
steps.
Command Line Options For Identd.exe

-i Install Service
-u Uninstall Service
-s Start Service
-e End Service
-r Restart Service
*Note - The -u option will not completely remove all
components that were installed by using Setup.exe.
The uninstall procedure must be used to completely
remove all components that were installed.
